The principle behind these selections is that there are three possible ways of betting
* Dutching the home win and the draw (and very occasionally the draw/away win)
* Using ‘draw no bet’ (you need to scroll down to almost the bottom of the page)
* Straight home win
* Laying the away team
I normally put the name of the team I think is the home banker (ie the team I think has the best chance of winning) in capital letters. All kick offs are GMT unless specified, if there’s anything I need to add I normally put a paragraph or two under the game: my definition of ‘trappy’ is that there’s some aspect of the game that hasn’t happened – for example, Brighton haven’t lost at home in 2010/11 but at some point they might – so there’s a potential trap there.
nPower Championship
Portsmouth v Coventry
Result: Portsmouth 0, Coventry 3. Wrong.
nPower League 1
Leyton Orient v Carlisle
Result: Leyton Orient 0, Carlisle 0
nPower League 2
Bury v Burton
Trappy in the season that there’s little head to head form at Bury, but there’s some sense in opposing Burton.
Result: Bury 1, Burton 0 – three red cards!
